Sandy Beach is a day use recreation area located on the southeast shore of the pristine Fremont Lake at an elevation of 7,400 feet, just three miles northeast of Pinedale. Sunbathers, swimmers, kayakers, paddle boarders, and snorklers will cherish the easy access to enjoy a bit of Fremont Lake on their travels. Public restrooms are available.

No dogs allowed and are ticketed by the USFS-Pinedale Ranger District
