LocalFest 2013, May 14 - May 18, 2013
Description: Celebrating Local in the Rocky Mountain West in Pinedale, Wyoming May 14th to May 18th, 2013 Sponsored by Paradise Springs Farm Organic & Biodynamic Dairy and the Sublette Local Food Alliance, this week long event brings together hundreds of individuals from across the Rocky Mountain West, who are engaged in all aspects of "localness" including local economies, local food and local distribution. The conference includes hands on workshops, keynote speakers, a film festival, and visits to local farms, henhouses and community gardens. 2013 Keynote Speaker: Sally Fallon Morell, Weston A. Price Foundation Now accepting calls for presentions.
